What You’ll Do

- Create your Business Model Canvas (BMC) to launch your project or movement
- Train in the organizational systems of a 7M movement or organization
- Receive social entrepreneurship and funding development training
- Present your vision to angel funders and influencers at the Think Tank in Kona, Hawaii
- Connect with global changemakers and 7M leaders
- Build real-world impact with mentorship and community support

- Develop a doctoral portfolio via the SAHAM™ Hybrid Advising System

It serves as a third-party transcript evaluator and portfolio reviewer for its accredited educational partners who offer degree conferral through the SHAPED for Destiny™ Masterclass and Doctoral Residency.

Admissions Requirements
- 350-word letter: “Why I Am Called to Lead at a Doctoral Level”
- Professional Leadership Résumé that includes a combination and synthesis of:
- Academic transcripts
- Career field impact (projects, roles, outcomes)
- Vision achievement (initiatives led, systems changed)
- Minimum 10,500 verified leadership hours
This résumé should reflect your full leadership journey—academically, professionally, and missionally. Submit your application for full review and consideration.

Application Process
Step 1: Information Session (Optional)
Attend a free info session or watch the on-demand orientation to learn about program expectations, outcomes, and commitment requirements.
Step 2: Application Form
1. Download the fillable PDF application form using the link below.
2. Complete all required fields in te application form.
3. Write your "My Why" essay according to your program level:
- Masterclass Candidates: Submit a 300-word essay explaining your motivation and goals for joining the Masterclass.
- Doctoral Residency Candidates: Submit a 500-word narrative detailing your 15–20+ years of leadership contribution in one or more of the 7 Mountains of Influence (Religion, Family, Education, Government, Media, Arts & Entertainment, Business).
4. Email the completed application form and your "My Why" essay to: Masterclass@destinycommunitycenter.org
Step 3: Screening & Acceptance
Applications are reviewed within 7–10 business days. Applicants may be invited to a brief discovery call.
Step 4: Registration & Tuition
Upon acceptance, applicants:
- Sign participation agreement
- Submit tuition payment (installments available)
- Receive welcome packet and pre-work assignments
Step 5: Pre-Work & Onboarding
Complete strengths assessments, reflection surveys, and a short tech orientation before Week 1.
