Bridge to Success is a multi-state education and workforce initiative led by the Destiny Community Development Center (DCDC) through the Youthpreneur Institute (YI).
The program is designed to help individuals—especially those from underserved and marginalized communities—move from instability to opportunity through a fully integrated pathway that combines:
· GED completion
· Workforce readiness
· AI and digital literacy
· Career and life coaching
· Housing and stability support
At the core of the program is the SAHAM Hybrid Advising System, an AI-enabled platform that works alongside human coaches to guide participants every step of the way.
